20 stitches = 7.5 cm per square
according to my calculations I will need approx. 470g, more red than orange because I the outer edge will be in red and the “fillings” for the arms.
Colours distribution will be 4 ribs in red, 1 orange, 3 red, 2 orange, 2 red, 3 orange, 1 red, 4 orange.
- My calculations where totally off, the 5 skeins orange will only barely be enough, sewing will need quite a few meters…

Currently in the middle of row 7. I have added a needle and am now using 6 (2x 100cm, 3x 80cm, 1x 40cm), because it was too stuffed on 4 needles…

Finally! Last row finished, but only very little orange yarn left, I hope it will be enough for sewing.

The orange yarn was not enough, I had to search for an additional skein and somehow lost my motivation for some time.
Started sewing again on 1.1. and there are only the “normal” seams left. Now adding the parts for the underarm.
